Shipping Methods, Rates, and Policies

Q: How will you ship my product to me?
A: Intechra Outlet currently ships all products FedEx Ground.

Q: Is a signature required for delivery?
A: Intechra Outlet requires a signature for all deliveries and packages. If delivery without signature is required, we will provide a waiver to sign and return to Intechra. However, this waiver voids the warranty.

Q: What happens if I am unavailable when my order arrives / your carrier attempts to deliver?
A: Our carrier will attempt delivery 3 times before returning your order to Intechra. Should we receive a package that wasn’t accepted (or for which we did not receive a signed waiver), the buyer is assessed a re-stocking fee.

Q: Can I have my product shipped to an address different from my credit card billing address?
A: No. Intechra Outlet will only ship a product to the billing address of the credit card used to place the order. This is for your protection as well as ours and is a non-negotiable policy.

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: No. Intechra Outlet currently only ships products within the United States.

Q: Can I pick up my product from a local Intechra facility?
A: No. Intechra does not offer pickup of orders or purchases from an Intechra site or facility.
