Return Information

Intechra Outlet Return Policy:

These return policies override any contrary return policies contained in any documentation or sales materials accompanying the product(s).

  • Original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, price protection and warranty work.
  • As-Is products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All returned items must be in original condition and include the manuals, and accessories.
  • A restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price will be charged on any item returned without complete packaging. (The 50% fee will be assessed at time of refund). Additionally, there is a 15-20% restocking fee for returning items that are not broken.
  • Intechra Outlet will not accept returns or exchanges of products with removed or altered serial numbers or missing/broken quality seals.
  • Refunds on cash or check purchases in excess of $200.00 will be issued by check from Intechra Outlet corporate office.
  • Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card, and may take up to 72 hours to post on the account.
  • Intechra Outlet reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange.
  • Intechra outlet does not warranty laptop batteries.
  • All software purchases are non-refundable.
  • Warranty merchandise return for service or repair

Intechra Outlet Return Process – (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization:

  1. To return an item to Intechra Outlet, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can do this via our online RMA form.
  2. Once you have the RMA number, include it on the paperwork with your shipment.
  3. Send items with the original packaging in the original box or equivalent packaging. A pre-paid Fed-Ex call tag will be emailed to you.
  4. Once Intechra receives the equipment, it takes approximately 5-10 business days to process, repair or replace, and ship the equipment from our facility. Processing times may vary due to workload, as well as to the availability of parts or replacements.
