Returns and Exchanges

Q: I have submitted the RMA form. What happens next?
A: You will receive an immediate email response confirming the delivery of your RMA (Return Materials Authorization) request. In 1-2 business days, you will then receive an email from one of our customer service representatives issuing your RMA number.

You will also receive an email containing a pre-paid FedEx call tag. Please print and attach it to your return box.

Q: What should I include in my return box?
A: If you are returning a laptop for repair, please include the power supply in the box. If you are returning a desktop for repair, it is only necessary to send the computer.

If you are returning a unit for replacement or refund, please send everything that was included with your order, except your copy of any operating system software that was purchased with the machine. Unfortunately, all software purchases are non-refundable.

Q: How long does it take to process my RMA?
A:Once Intechra receives the equipment, it takes approximately 5-10 business days to process, repair or replace, and ship the equipment from our facility. Processing times may vary due to workload, as well as to the availability of parts or replacements.

Q: How can I check the status of my RMA return?
A: You can send us an email at rma@intechraoutlet.com or call 1-888-588-9468 and press 1 for sales and service questions or 2 for technical questions and to verify the status reports of your RMA.

Operating System and Software

Q: I bought a computer without an operating system, can I get help installing one?
A: Many of the off-lease and refurbished computers we sell have no operating system. Because the systems are used, we are contractually required to delete all the information (including the operating system) from the hard drive.

Before you start, make sure your copy of Windows is for computers without Windows installed and that your computer meets or exceeds the minimum hardware requirements for the operating system you are installing. To get the best performance we strongly recommend downloading and installing the latest software and drivers from your computer manufacturer.
